Personal Biography
He was born in the Şehremini district of Fatih of Istanbul. Acar, who completed his bachelor's degree in Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University's City and Regional Planning Department, his master's degree in Sakarya University's Local Administrations and Urbanization Department, and his doctorate in Marmara University's Local Governments and Urban Policies department, has articles published in literary magazines as well as academic publications. Murat ACAR, who has served as a manager in various non-governmental organizations, continues his duty as the founding chairman of the Şehirli-"Urbanite Association" .
