In general, the paper is good but needs to miner change according to the comments below:
- The keywords are missing on the first page.
- On the last page of the introduction the authors should include the cities that will study without menttion such as (Riyadh, Duhran, and Tabuk).
- On the "Model Description" the author mentioned abbreviation "WWR" and it's apear first time, so they should state the abbreviation stands for what and shouldn't leave it to the reader to guess it.
- The author should use the unit for all the research C of F
- The reference style is different than the other paper that I reviewed as the authors used IEEE style
