The paper abstract entitled “Between Christian and Muslim rulers in Istanbul: the Arab Mosque in Galata” discusses the many facets of the district in discussion, adding value to the interpretation of heritage values of the former Latin church of SS. Dominicus and Paul, respectively, the so Arab Mosque, as named during the Ottoman period. I find the purpose of the paper abstract, as presented, suitable and I give my positive recommendation for acceptance and further presentation in the ocnference.
